Today was a good day!
Nothing extraordinarily amazing happened but there were also no super low moments. It was just a really peaceful and quiet walk.
It also finished faster than I anticipated. Normally, I am anxious and ready for the finish line by the last hour but today… I just happened across it!
The last 20 mins were still hard because the walk was in one straight line, with no shade, and in that case it can feel a little daunting… like you’re never gonna get there.
But then I got there, and I felt so good. I find that I’m settling in more and more to this new routine of walking every day. Now my body and mind really crave it. During my rest I missed walking – the madness!
