An intuitive card deck built around taking what you need in the moment, offering reflection, clarity, and a way to reconnect with yourself through simple, repeatable practice.
Over the years, I’ve created video content documenting my experiences abroad, including a Camino documentary that has reached nearly 100K views on YouTube.
Since 2019 I have maintained a blog with personal essays centered on mental health, growth, and healing.
I use self-portraiture to explore and process internal states, turning the camera on myself as a way to better understand what I’m feeling.
