I don’t know if I will be taking another rest day in a big city, instead I might take rest days in smaller pueblos, that fit my emotional and spiritual needs. So I will see how this adjust as I move forward.
All in all, despite my challenges in Burgos, I know I need to be proud of myself for getting to this point in the Camino. It’s a huge accomplishment getting here because at certain points it seemed impossible. So yes, even though it didn’t turn out how I planned, walking from SJPDP is indeed a huge milestone for me!
