I woke up with a smile on myself because I had nothing to do. I was also pleasantly surprised that my calfs did not feel like cinderblocks anymore! My body was not more sore than the previous day.
Today, a big theme for me was allowing myself to sit still through my emotions and letting then pass. Often, I feel things come to the surface and I immediately try to evaluate, judgement and solve how I feel.
I am toying with the idea of allowing emotions to come and pass before making a decision to what’s next. Versus being in constant movement and reaction to what I feel.
