I haven’t left this early in the morning in a bit, so it was a little jarring when I left my hostel. I didn’t realize how dark it would be, especially since my hostel was outside of the main town and there were no street lights.
However, I had no choice but to calm myself down. I told myself that I would see another walker or two on the route eventually. And I did. I ended up seeing two other woman walking, but it wasn’t until about 30 minutes into my walk and it was still pitch dark.
