Dear Self 

Read when necessary 

Move your body you make magic when it sways

Speak even when no one is listening

Shout even if it’s a whisper

Feel when they want you to be numb

Laugh in the face of adversity

Your strength knows no Bounds

You are worthy even when they say you aren’t 

You hold the seeds of creation

Flex & bend but stay firm to your roots

Fast from shame and guilt like they are bad habits 

Say yes and no when you want

Pain will come… 

But Joy is right around the corner 

Find that Glimmer of light in the darkness of the room 

Lean in to your gifts and talents 

Breathe in deep, especially when it hurts 

Let go when it gets too heavy 

When things are out of focus you will find the way

Ride confusion and fear like a wave

Remember you are allowed to walk away
